Analysis of the Effectiveness of Real-Time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Instrument for Influenza Virus Detection
Objective:To explore the value of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)in detection of influenza virus.Methods:129 throat swab samples of acute upper respiratory tract infections collected and tested by our center from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the study. After collecting the samples,real-time fluorescence PCR and colloidal gold methods were used to measure influenza virus nucleic acid in the samples, and the detection and diagnostic efficacy of the two schemes were analyzed. Results:The positive rate of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was 19.38%,and that of colloidal gold method was 14.73%.The positive rate of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was higher than that of colloidal gold method(P<0.05).The specificity(99.02%),sensitivity(92.59%)and accuracy(97.67%)of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR were higher than those of colloidal gold method(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy and sensitivity of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in detection of influenza virus are high, and the method can detect influenza virus nucleic acid quickly and effectively,to provide the basis for taking effective epidemic prevention and control measures.
