The Role of Defibrillation Monitor and ECG Monitor in Monitoring Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To observe the role of defibrillation monitor and ECG monitor in the monitoring of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Patients(type-acute myocardial infarction)admitted to Leping People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects. The number of patients included 60 cases, and the admission time was January 2020 to June 2023.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into control group(30 patients included)and observation group(30 patients included). The control group was monitored by ECG monitor, and the observation group was monitored by defibrillation monitor. The treatment status, incidence of adverse events, cardiac function and family satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results:The spontaneous circulation recovery time of two groups, coronary artery recirculation time of two groups, cardiopulmonary resuscitation time of two groups and hospitalization time of two groups were compared, and there were observation group<control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups, with the observation group<the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment:Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was compared between two groups, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)was compared between two groups, and there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF in observation group was higher,LVDD in observation group was lower(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was significant.Compared with the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between groups was significant. Conclusion:The effect of defibrillation monitor in the monitoring of patients with acute myocardial infarction is ideal, which can shorten the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and coronary artery recirculation, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the cardiac function of patients, and make patients'families more satisfied with treatment.
