Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Breast Nodular Lesions
Objective:To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast nodular lesions.Methods:Select 100 cases of breast nodule lesions followed up from January 2021 to December 2022.The results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to observe the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of color Doppler ultrasound in patients with breast nodule lesions,and the hemodynamic indexes and blood flow grades of patients with benign breast nodules and malignant breast nodules were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound were 74.00%,82.81%and 58.33%.There were differences in hemodynamics and blood flow grade between patients with malignant breast nodules and benign breast nodules(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has high application value in the diagnosis of breast nodule lesions,which can effectively identify malignant breast nodule lesions,provide a basis for the clinical treatment and prognosis of malignant breast nodule lesions.
