Multi-Slice Spiral CT Bronchial Image Post-Processing Technique in Gas Study on Diagnosis of Patients with Tub Ulobronchial Tuberculosis
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of applying multi-slice spiral CT bronchial images in the diagnosis of tracheobronchial tuberculosis disease. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 76 patients with clinical symptoms such as sputum, fever, night sweats, dyspnea, and hemoptysis who were highly suspected of having tracheobronchial tuberculosis after receiving multi-slice spiral CT at Longyan Second Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.All study subjects underwent a multi-slice spiral CT bronchial examination, unprocessed raw image data were used as the control group, the image data with the image post-processing technology is used as the observation group, using a postoperative pathological biopsy as the gold standard, the positive rate of image data, diagnostic efficacy and imaging rate of bronchial wall thickening, bronchial lumen dilation, bronchial calcification, and lung damage were compared. Results:The positive rate of images in the observation group was 98.52%.The positive rate of significantly higher than control group was 92.64%.In addition,in the comparison of sensitivity, specificity, coincidence rate and Kappa, the observation group was higher, while in the display rate of imaging wall thickening, stenosis and expansion, the same observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:In tracheobronchial tuberculosis disease diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT bronchial image postprocessing technology can improve the positive detection rate,at the same time the tube bronchial tuberculosis images have good show, according to the diagnostic value close to pathological examination gold standard, conducive to clinical diagnosis of tububronchial tuberculosis, related diagnosis and treatment of patients as soon as possible.
