Analysis of the Role of MRI and CT in the Clinical Diagnosis of Spinal Injury
Objective:To analyze the accuracy difference between MRI and CT examination in the clinical diagnosis of spinal injury. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on a total of 80 patients who underwent suspected spinal injury imaging examinations at our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.According to different examination methods, the group was divided into control group(CT examination,n=40)and study group(MRI examination,n=40).Compare the consistency between the final detection results and the surgical detection results, and analyze typical imaging images.Results:① Among the 40 suspected spinal injury patients in the study group,a total of 31 were positive and 9 were negative for surgical diagnosis(gold standard); The study group detected a total of 32 positive cases and 8 negative cases;Among the 40 suspected spinal injury patients in the control group,a total of 28 were positive and 12 were negative;②Diagnostic performance. The diagnostic sensitivity and coincidence rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of spinal injury, both MRI and CT examinations can be used to diagnose spinal injury, but the diagnostic efficiency of MRI detection method is higher than that of CT method.
