Objective:To discuss the effect of negative pressure in laparoscopic surgical instruments.Methods:440 laparoscopic surgical instruments were selected and recovered in the operating room of our hospital from July 2023 to December 2023.220 pieces were randomly divided for observation group and control group. The control group used manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, while the observation group used negative pressure pulse cleaning and sterilizer for cleaning. The cleaning effect was evaluated by three methods:8 times magnification method with light source, white pass strip detection method, and residual protein detection method. Results:By 8 times, the control group was 96.82%and the observation group was 99.55%.The statistical analysis showed that the difference was obvious(χ2=4.583,P=0.032).After using the white pass test, the pass rate was 95.45%and the observation group was 98.64%.The difference between the two was statistically significant(χ2=3.884,P=0.049).After the detection of residual protein, the qualified rate of control group was 92.27%,and the qualified rate of observation group was 96.82%,with significant differences(χ2=4.407,P=0.036).Conclusion:The negative pressure pulsation cleaning sterilizer is better than the combination of manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, and can more effectively clean the used laparoscopic instruments.
