Objective:Analyze the effect of risk management in maintenance and maintenance of emergency ventilator.Methods:54 emergency ventilators in Zhoupu Hospital,Pudong New Area,Shanghai from January 2021 to June 2022,random numbers divided into control group(27)and observation group(27),adopt conventional management and risk management, compare the parameters of ventilation, failure rate, department satisfaction score for ventilator maintenance and maintenance under different management modes. Results:There was no significant difference in ventilation performance parameters(PIP,RR,PEEP,VT,FiO2)between observation and control groups(P>0.05);In the observation group, the failure incidence of insufficient gas source, abnormal monitoring system, emergency ventilator fuse ejection, abnormal tidal volume, alarm and black screen of the display screen was lower than that of the control group, statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of the department on the maintenance and maintenance management of emergency ventilator in the risk management mode(94.69±4.61)points was higher than that of the control group(89.39±5.61)points,statistically significant difference(t=4.369,P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management can ensure the ventilation performance of emergency ventilator, reduce the failure rate of clinical emergency ventilator, improve the satisfaction of medical staffin clinical departments, increase the comprehensive application value in the maintenance and maintenance of clinical medical equipment.
