Ultrasound Characteristics of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of the Breast and Its Correlation with Serum α1-AT,COX-2,and CA153
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of ultrasound in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and its correlation with serum α1-antitrypsin(α1-AT),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and cancer antigen 153(CA153).Methods:A total of 41 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast admitted to Pucheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 41 patients with benign breast masses were selected as the control group, and the ultrasound images and serum α1-AT,COX-2 and CA153 levels were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the characteristics of ultrasound images and serum α1-AT,COX-2 and CA153 in the observation group was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results:Compared with the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the long-diameter/transverse-diameter ratio, posterior echo, blood flow grade and calcification of lesions in the observation group(P<0.05),the serum levels of α1-AT,COX-2 and CA153 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the long-diameter/transverse diameter ratio in the ultrasound characteristics of the observation group was≥1,microcalcification,abundant blood flow signal and serum α1-AT,COX-2,There was a positive correlation between the level of CA153(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast invasive ductal carcinoma has the characteristics of ultrasound, such as longitudinal growth, posterior echo attenuation, abundant blood flow, and internal calcification, and the serum α1-AT,COX-2 and CA153 were abnormally high expression, and some characteristics of ultrasound were correlated with serum α1-AT,COX-2 and CA153.
