Application of Adenosine Triphosphate Fluorescence Detector in the Detection of Hand Hygiene Quality in Medical Personnel
Objective:To explore the application effect of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)fluorescence analyzer in the detection of hand hygiene quality in medical personnel.Methods:50 medical staffmembers from our hospital from October 2023 to November 2023 were selected,and ATP biofluorescence testing technology and microbial culture method were used to detect surface microorganisms on the hands before hand hygiene.Results:There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the ATP biofluorescence detection method and the microbial culture method for detecting microbial contamination in the hands of medical personnel;Through ATP biofluorescence testing,the ATP monitoring value of medical personnel after hand hygiene significantly decreased compared to before,and the qualified rate of hand microbiology monitoring significantly increased compared to before hand hygiene,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ATP fluorescence detectors has practical value in evaluating the quality of hand hygiene for medical personnel.
