Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Combined with Cholangioscopy for the Treatment of Liver and Bile Duct Stones
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and cholangioscopy combined with stone removal surgery for the treatment of liver and bile duct stones.Methods:66 patients with liver and bile duct stones admitted to the Department 2 of General Surgery of our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with open surgery, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopy combined with cholangioscopy for stone removal. The surgical related indicators, postoperative recovery, stone clearance rate, and incidence of complications were observed in both groups of patients. Results:The surgical related indicators of the observation group, including incision length, intraoperative blood loss, and surgical time, were significantly lower than those of the control group, with P<0.05;After surgery, the observation group had significantly shorter exhaust time, intestinal function recovery time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group, with P<0.05;The stone clearance rates of the two groups of patients were comparable, with similar statistical results(P>0.05);The statistical results of complications such as bile leakage, intestinal obstruction, infection, and bleeding showed that the incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ2=7.543,P=0.006).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic combined with cholangioscopy for the treatment of liver and bile duct stones has outstanding overall advantages, helping to reduce surgical damage and promote postoperative recovery.
