To Compare the Effects of IBS Intraauterine Planing System and Hysteroscopic Bipolar Resection on the Operative Indicators and the Incidence of Complications in Patients with Benign Uterine Lesions
Objective:To compare the effects of IBS intraauterine planing system and hysteroscopic bipolar resection on surgical indicators and incidence of complications in patients with benign uterine lesions.Methods:160 patients with benign uterine lesions in hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided randomly into two groups. The hysteroscopic bipolar resection was used in control group, and IBS intrauterine planing system was used in observation group. The two groups'operation related indexes and complication rate were compared. Results:The observation group's amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative vaginal blood loss were less than control group's,and the duration of operation were shorter than control group's(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).Observation group's the first menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were higher than control group's(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood potassium, hemoglobin and fibrinogen between the two groups one day after surgery(P>0.05).Observation group's complication rate was lower than control group's(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hysteroscopic bipolar resection,IBS intrauterine planing system can improve surgical indicators in patients with benign uterine lesions, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce the incidence of complications.
