Research on the Cleaning Value of Self-Made Rubber Hose Flushing System in Various Surgical Rubber Hoses
Objective:To explore the cleaning value of self-made hose washing system in all kinds of surgical hose,and to provide basis for improving the cleaning quality of all kinds of surgical hose.Methods:The study period was from May 2024 to September 2024,the 3000 post-operative hoses collected in our hospital during this period were used as the subjects of this study and were divided into two groups.The conventional irrigation method was used in 1500 hoses and used as the control group,in addition,the self-made hose washing system was used in the remaining 1500 hoses and was used as the observation group,the time-consuming of the two groups in the cleaning process was compared with that of the two groups.Results:Under two different detection methods,the observation combination had higher grid rates than the control group (98.40％,96.07％;96.87％,90.53％),and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group spent less time in the initial washing,enzyme washing,and rinsing processes,and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of self-made hose flushing systems in various surgical hoses can improve the qualification rate of hose cleaning and shorten the time required for each cleaning process.It is worth widely using self-made hose flushing systems in the cleaning process of various surgical hoses.
