The Diagnostic Value of MRI Combined with DR in Occult Tibial Plateau Fracture
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) combined with digital radiography (DR) in occult tibial plateau fracture (TPOF).Methods:From November 2021 to December 2023,103 patients with suspected TPOF in our hospital were selected as research objects, and the results of arthroscopy and surgery were taken as the gold standard. The diagnostic results were positive (n=74) and negative (n=29).All patients were examined by MRI first and then by DR.The positive detection rate of TPOF by MRI and DR Alone and their combined examination were analyzed, and the diagnostic efficiency was compared. Results:The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and negative predictive value of MRI and DR Combined diagnosis were 95.95%,75.86%,90.29% and 88.00% higher than that of MRI and DR Alone diagnosis. The missed diagnosis rate of combined diagnosis was 4.05%,lower than that of single diagnosis (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the imaging examination,DR Combined with MRI examination has high clinical application value for TPOF,which can be combined clinically to provide more reliable imaging basis for the diagnosis of suspected recessive TPOF.
