The Transhead and Neck CTA Combined with 3D Reconstruction Technique is Used for the Diagnostic Value Analysis of Artery Stenosis in Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective:To analyze the value of head and neck CTA reconstruction for the diagnosis of artery stenosis in cerebrovascular disease. Methods:Selected 96 patients with suspected cerebrovascular diseases admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to May 2024,and performed computed tomography angiography (CTA) examination and 3D reconstruction scan respectively, with digital subtraction angiography as the gold standard to compare the effect of head and neck CTA and its combined 3D reconstruction technology. Results:Digital subtraction angiography confirmed 81 cases positive and 15 cases negative;80 cases positive,16 cases negative,10 cases missed,9 cases misdiagnosed;82 cases positive by head and neck CTA combined with 3D reconstruction,14 cases negative,1 case missed, and 2 cases misdiagnosed. The diagnostic sensitivity, positive predictive value, specificity, negative predictive value and accuracy of combined head and neck CTA were higher than those of single head and neck CTA (P<0.05).The detection rate of CTA via head and neck and 3D reconstruction was higher for different degrees of arterial stenosis than for single head and neck CTA (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transhead and neck CTA combined with 3D reconstruction is highly effective for cerebrovascular disease and can accurately assess the degree of artery stenosis.
