The Clinical Value of Multi-Slice CT Volume Scanning and 3D Reconstruction Technology in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Solitary Pulmonary Nodules in Patients
Objective:To explore the value of using 3D reconstruction technology and multi-slice CT volume scanning in the diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules in patients. Methods:A study was conducted on 90 patients with isolated pulmonary nodules from April 2021 to April 2023.Multi-slice CT volumetric scanning and 3D reconstruction techniques were used to diagnose all patients, and the vascular and morphological characteristics of isolated pulmonary nodules were observed. The diagnostic efficacy of the two detection methods was compared. Results:Compared with multi-slice CT volumetric scanning, the detection rate of lobulation sign, spiculation sign, pleural traction sign, and vascular bundle sign was higher in three-dimensional reconstruction technology, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);Comparison of sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy between two groups of multi-slice CT volumetric scanning detection and three-dimensional reconstruction techniques, with three-dimensional reconstruction technique having higher diagnostic accuracy and significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules in clinical practice can achieve better results than multi-slice CT volumetric scanning, and has a multi-faceted and multi-dimensional observation effect on various signs of pulmonary nodules.
