Comparative Analysis of Diagnostic Accuracy and Sensitivity Between Chest X-Ray and Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Patients with Chest Trauma
Objective:To analyze the application value of chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma patients.Methods:70 suspected chest trauma patients admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were included, all of whom underwent chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT examinations.Referring to the surgical diagnosis results, the diagnostic value of chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT was compared Results:The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT were 94.29%,95.38%,and 80.00%,respectively,which were higher than those of chest X-rays (71.43%,73.85%,and 40.00%,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of different types of chest trauma between multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis and chest X-ray (P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with chest X-ray,multi-slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity.
