Application Accuracy of DR Photography for Cervical Spondylosis in Different Cervical Spine Position
Objective:To analyze the accuracy of cervical spondylosis. Methods:Set the research address for the hospital, the study period was from January 2021 to January 2023,the target population is 80 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis, the same period of the elderly in 80 cases, the corresponding set for observation group and control group, all implement DR cervical position of photography, observation compare the accuracy of the diagnosis. Results:After photography in the two groups, the two groups showed that the observation group in the vertebral scoliosis was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).No difference was found in the two groups of ostehyperplasia, physiological curvature change, and narrowing of the vertebral space (P>0.05).In the comparison of angular displacement in the vertebral body and foraminal stenosis in the double oblique detection results, the observation group was higher than the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).After comparing the diagnosis of the two groups,it showed that the diagnosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:For middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis,DR photography of different positions of the cervical spine can effectively detect whether the patients have cervical spine disease, and the clinical misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate are low,and its accuracy is high, which has important clinical significance.
