Application Analysis of Color Doppler Flow Imaging Ultrasound in the Evaluation of Endometrial Receptivity in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion
Objective:To conduct color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) ultrasound examinations on patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) and investigate its application effectiveness in evaluating endometrial receptivity.Methods:80 RSA patients treated in the hospital's ultrasound department from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Based on ultrasound results, the patients were divided into pregnancy and non-pregnancy groups.CDFI ultrasound examinations were performed on both groups, and differences in endometrial receptivity evaluation indicators (endometrial thickness, volume, arterial blood flow parameters, and spiral artery blood flow parameters) between the two groups were compared. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow parameters between the pregnancy and non-pregnancy groups(P>0.05).The pulsatility index (PI),resistance index (RI) and systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D) of the uterine spiral artery blood flow parameters in the non-pregnant group were significantly higher than those in the pregnant group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDFI ultrasound, when combined with pathological examination and serum testing, provides accurate and reliable evaluation of endometrial receptivity for RSA patients.
