The Clinical Application Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Combined with Transabdominal Ultrasound in Ectopic Pregnancy
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical application value of using transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) combined with transabdominal ultrasound (TAS) in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 cases and imaging data that met the inclusion criteria from suspected ectopic pregnancy patients treated in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2023,and all patients were examined for TVS and TAS.Using surgical examination results as the gold standard, the diagnostic results, efficacy and consistency of TVS,TAS,TVS and TAS were analyzed, and the detection rate of different types of ectopic pregnancies in the three examination methods was compared. Results:The combination of TVS and TAS agreed well with the diagnosis of suspected ectopic pregnancy (Kappa=0.849).Comparing sensitivity, specificity and accuracy,we found that TVS and TAS were higher than TVS and TAS (P<0.05);The comparison of the detection accuracy of different types of ectopic pregnancies found that the total detection accuracy of TVS and TAS was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TVS and TAS in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can obtain high diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy, and improve the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy characteristics in patients to a certain extent.
