Clinical Application of Transrectal Biplane Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Perianal Abscess and Anal Fistula
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transrectal biplane ultrasound in patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods:70 patients with suspected perianal abscess(35 cases)and anal fistula(35 cases)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected for in-depth analysis, all of them were diagnosed by transrectal biplane ultrasound, and the diagnostic efficiency and the detection of abscess and anal fistula in different parts were analyzed with surgical and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Results:There was no difference between the positive rate of ultrasound diagnosis and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no difference between the diagnostic efficiency of ultrasound and surgical pathology(P>0.05).There was no difference between the detection rate of acoustic diagnosis of perianal abscess and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no difference in the detection rate between ultrasound diagnosis of anal fistula and surgical pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with perianal abscess and anal fistula, transrectal biplane ultrasound can achieve the expected diagnostic efficacy, which is of high diagnostic value for abscess and anal fistula.
