Study on the Application of Double Chamber Bronchial Intubation Assisted by Double Mirror Technology in Thoracoscopic Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effect of using dual mirror technology to assist dual lumen bronchial intubation in thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:60 patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were included as the study subjects. After admission, the patients were randomly divided into a control group (n=30) and an observation group (n=30) using a random number table method. The control group received endotracheal intubation under visual laryngoscopy, while the observation group received double lumen bronchial intubation assisted by double mirror technology, and the application effects were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in MAP and HR levels between the observation group and the control group at stages T0,T1,T3,and T4 (P>0.05);In the T2 stage, the MAP and HR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);The observation group had shorter intubation time and higher success rate of one-time intubation compared to the control group; The incidence of complications after intubation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; The observation group had lower levels of WBC and CRP compared to the control group; The comparison showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:In thoracoscopic surgery, double lumen bronchial intubation assisted by dual mirror technology can improve the success rate of tracheal intubation, shorten the time of tracheal intubation, prevent adverse complications, ensure the smooth completion of the surgery, and strive for a good prognosis for patients.
