Study on the Curative Effect of Breast Endoscopic Surgery Through Subaxillary Small Incision for Early Breast Cancer
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of breast endoscopic surgery through subaxillary small incision in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods:76 patients with early breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis. They were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received unilateral mastectomy+sentinel lymph node biopsy, and the observation group received unilateral subcutaneous mastectomy+sentinel lymph node biopsy through axillary small incision under breast endoscope.Analyze the curative effect. Results:After treatment, the breast beauty effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that of the control group.Compared with the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, hospitalization time and incision length of the patients in the observation group were shorter, and the effect of lymph node dissection was better. The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.63%,while that of the control group was 15.79%.The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and there was a difference in comparison (P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic breast surgery through subaxillary small incision in the treatment of early breast cancer can enhance patients'recognition of breast beauty effect, shorten hospitalization time.Improve the quality of life after prognosis
