Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Brain Dysfunction Therapy Instrument Combined with Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test on Functional Exercise in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of brain dysfunction therapy instrument combined with cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) on functional exercise in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 92 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 into two groups (each with 46 cases). The control group received CPET guidance for functional exercise, while the observation group received brain dysfunction therapy and CPET guidance for functional exercise. The neurological function, balance ability, motor function, and daily activity scores of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the Berg balance scale score,Fugl-Meyer rating scale score, and BI index rating scale score were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of brain dysfunction therapy instrument and cardiopulmonary exercise test can effectively improve patients'neurological and motor functions, enhance their balance and daily activity abilities.
