Observation of the Clinical Effect of Ultrasound Assisted Microwave Ablation in the Treatment of Primary Small Liver Cancer
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasound intervention and microwave ablation as adjuvant therapy in patients with primary small liver cancer.Methods:72 patients with primary small liver cancer from a tertiary hospital in Xiamen from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study.Using a numerical table method, they were divided into an observation group (36 cases, ultrasound interventional microwave ablation+hepatic artery chemoembolization) and a control group (36 cases, hepatic artery chemoembolization) to explore the therapeutic value. Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, with lower serum tumor markers and better liver function than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:This combination therapy can reduce tumor marker levels, improve liver function, and enhance efficacy.
