Analysis of Improvement of Axial Length,Diopter and Visual Acuity by Orthokeratology Lens in Adolescent Myopia Patients
Objective:To investigate the improvement of axial length,diopter and visual acuity of adolescent myopia patients with orthokeratology.Methods:78 cases of adolescent myopia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group was selected to wear frame glasses (ordinary single-focus lenses),and the observation group was selected to wear orthokeratology lenses.Results:The clinical indexes of the observation group were better (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthokeratology can effectively control the growth of eye axis,reduce corneal curvature and diopter,improve naked eye vision,and improve the quality of life.
