磁共振成像系统是利用人体内氢原子核磁共振现象成像的医学检查设备.核磁共振成像区别于计算机体层成像、数字X射线摄影技术,没有电离辐射危害,可多方位断层成像,图像对比信息丰富多样,利于疾病诊断,被广泛应用于前沿的医学影像学诊断.GE Discovery MR750是通用电气医疗系统集团的主力机型之一,主要由主磁体系统、射频系统、梯度系统、计算机及图像重建系统,其结构复杂,系统庞大,相应故障较多.文章分别对射频系统、梯度系统、计算机及图像重建系统方面的常见故障进行分析总结,在三例故障中分别对报错信息与报错现象进行分析,结合维修经验,最终故障得以解决.

Magnetic resonance imaging system is a medical examination equipment that utilizes the phenomenon of hydrogen atom nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in the human body.Compared with CT and DR imaging techniques,magnetic resonance imaging has no ionizing radiation hazards and can be used for multi-directional tomography.The image contrast information is rich and diverse,which is conducive to disease diagnosis.It is widely used in cutting-edge medical imaging diagnosis.The GE Discovery MR750 is one of the main models of the General Electric Medical Systems Group,mainly composed of the main magnet system,RF system,gradient system,computer and image reconstruction system.Its structure is complex,the system is large,and there are many corresponding faults.This article analyzes and summarizes common faults in RF systems,gradient systems,computers,and image reconstruction systems.In three cases of faults,error information and phenomena are analyzed,and combined with maintenance experience,the faults are ultimately resolved.
