计算机体层成像设备稳定性检测与维护管理的探讨

目的:探讨计算机体层成像(CT)设备稳定性检测在质量控制工作和设备维保管理中的作用.方法:收集2022年~2023年托管医院影像中心的3台CT设备工作量、维修、保养及质控资料,并进行CT值(水)、均匀性和噪声等参数的稳定性检测,对数据进行汇总及分析.结果:3台CT设备2023年比2022年检查患者数量分别增加13.1%,75.0%和35.1%,出现了球管、探测器模块等硬件更换的情况;相关设备CT值(水)的稳定性检测结果范围分别-0.42~2.84HU、-1.62~-0.27HU和-1.0~1.6HU,均匀性分别为-3.04~-0.84HU、-1.34~1.61HU和-1.4~1.7HU,噪声分别为0.246%~0.281%、0.214%~0.249%和0.251%~0.304%,检测结果均符合标准W S519-2019的要求.结论:CT设备检查工作量的增加须同步加强对设备的日常巡检和保养工作,CT设备稳定性检测结果能显示设备质量的变化情况,可作为医疗机构制定质量保证及维保方案的重要参考.
Discussion on the Constancy Testing and Maintenance Management of CT
Objective:To explore the role of constancy testing of CT equipment on quality control work and equipment maintenance management.Methods:Collect the data including the workload,maintenance,repair,and quality control,execution the constancy test and analyze the data for CT value(water),uniformity,and noise for 3 CTs in the imaging center in hospital from 2022 to 2023.Results:Three CTs saw an increase in the number of patients examined in 2023 compared to 2022,with increases of 13.1%,75.0%,and 35.1% respectively.They had been instances of hardware replacements such as X-ray tube and detector module.The constancy test results for CT value (water) were-0.42-2.84HU,-1.62--0.27HU and-1.0-1.6HU,the constancy test results for uniformity were-3.04--0.84HU,-1.34-1.61HU and-1.4-1.7HU,the constancy test results for noise were 0.246%-0.281%,0.214%-0.249% and 0.251%-0.304%.They all conform to the standard of WS 519-2019.Conclusion:The increase in CT examination workload requires an enhanced focus on routine inspections and maintenance of the equipment.CT constancy testing can reflect changes in the quality of the equipment,serving as an important reference for medical institutions to formulate quality assurance and maintenance plans.
