Comparison of the Application Effect of Automatic Computer Optometry and Weilun Binocular Vision Screening Instrument in Myopia Screening
Objective:To explore the application effect of automatic autorefrintor and Weilun binocular vision screening instrument in myopia screening. Methods:From June 2021 to September 2022,80 patients (160 eyes) with suspected myopia were selected for myopia screening in the outpatient department of our hospital as the research object. The patients were examined by automatic autorefrintor and Weilu binocular vision screening instrument, and the above examinations were performed again after mydriasis. The test results of automatic autorefrintor were used as study group 1,and the test results of Weilu binocular vision screener were used as study group 2. The detection rate of myopia and its refraction under natural pupil and silhouette refraction after mydriasis were evaluated. Results:There was no significant difference in the number of myopia among the three groups (P>0.05). After mydriasis, there was no significant difference in cylinder value and axis between the study group 1 and the control group (P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in spherical value. In study group 1,there was no significant difference in cylinder and axis between before and after mydriasis (P>0.05),but there was significant difference in spherical refraction (P<0.05). After mydriasis, there was no significant difference in spherical, cylindrical and axial values between the study group 2 and the control group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the axial and cylindrical refraction values between the two groups (P>0.05),but the spherical refraction values in the study group 2 were significantly different than those in the study group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion:The results of automatic autorefrintor and Weilun binocular vision screening instrument can provide effective evidence for clinical myopia screening, but the results of Weilun binocular vision screening instrument are more accurate.
