Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of LED Cold Light Source Blue Light Lamp in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety analysis of LED cold light source blue light lamp in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods:80 cases of neonatal jaundice children treated in the neonatology department of our hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected for the study,and the study was divided into a treatment group (40 cases) and a control group (40 cases) by using the method of randomized number table,the control group was treated with the irradiation of the traditional blue light box,and the treatment group was treated with the irradiation of the LED cold light source light box. Compare the serum bilirubin reduction level of the two groups of children,and observe the adverse reactions of the two groups of children with different irradiation treatment methods. Results:The serum bilirubin level and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the children in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 24h and 96h after blue light treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of using LED cold light source irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice is certain,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is less.
