Significance of EKF Biosen C-Line Glucose Lactate Analyzer for Monitoring Blood Glucose in Glycemic Control in Pregnant Diabetic Patients
Objective:Explore the value of EKF Biosen C-Line lactate analyzer to monitor blood glucose control in pregnant diabetic patients. Methods:Selected from September 2020 to January 2023 in 100 gestational diabetes patients, according to the study group and the control group,50 cases, the control group receive EKF Biosen C-Line lactate analyzer to monitor blood glucose control, comparing the two groups of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin level difference, maternal blood glucose control pass rate and urinary ketone body positive rate difference, maternal pregnancy outcome and the incidence of pregnancy complications. Results:Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05),and the above indicators in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the qualified rate of blood glucose control in the study group was 98.00%,significantly higher than the control group 86.00% (P<0.05),and the positive rate of urinary ketone body was 8.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 6.00% of the control group (P>0.05). In the study group,3 pregnant women had macrosomia,4 cesarean section and 1 premature birth, the overall complication rate was 16.00%,significantly lower than 34.00% (P<0.05). 5min and the incidence of fetal distress compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion:The use of EKF Biosen C-Line lactate analyzer to monitor blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes is helpful to improve the perinatal blood glucose level of pregnant women, improve the qualified rate of blood glucose control, and improve the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women and reduce the incidence of various complications.
