Clinical Observation on the Safety and Accuracy of Percutaneous Pulmonary Nodule Biopsy with CT-Guided One-Time Semi-Automatic Biopsy Device
Objective:To analyze the safety and accuracy of percutaneous pulmonary nodule biopsy with Computed Tomography (CT) guided one-time semi-automatic biopsy device. Methods:Patients with pulmonary nodules who were examined in Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects, and all patients received biopsy. 87 patients were selected according to the biopsy method, and were divided into the control group (one-time automatic biopsy gun biopsy guided by CT) and the experimental group (one-time semi-automatic biopsy device percutaneous biopsy guided by CT),respectively. The accuracy and complication rate of the two groups were compared to evaluate the application value. Results:There was no significant difference in puncture success rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The accuracy of pulmonary nodule biopsy in the experimental group was 95.35%,higher than that in the control group 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<.05). Conclusion:The one-time semi-automatic biopsy device guided by CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary nodules has high accuracy, can assist in diagnosing the nature of pulmonary nodules, and the safety of examination is ideal and controllable, which is worthy of reference.
