The Effect of Portable Pulmonary Function Analyzer Combined with Respiratory Trainer on the Diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Lung Function
Objective:To exploring the impact of portable pulmonary function analyzer combined with respiratory trainer on the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung function. Methods:Selecting 200 high-risk individuals with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who underwent portable pulmonary function analyzer testing at a community health service center in Xiamen from March 2022 to February 2024 as the research subjects, statistically analyze the detection of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and divide 66 patients with test results of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ into a control group (35 cases) and a rehabilitation group (31 cases) using a random number table method, the control group received routine treatment and intervention, while the rehabilitation group received respiratory trainer intervention. The changes in lung ventilation volume and expiratory flow rate between the two groups were compared. Results:All 200 patients were diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, with a higher overall detection rate of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ in males than in females (P<0.05);After intervention, the pulmonary ventilation volume and expiratory flow rate in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Portable pulmonary function analyzer combined with respiratory trainer can detect chronic obstructive pulmonary disease early, improve lung ventilation and respiratory flow rate, and improve patient prognosis.
