Study on the Role of Fully Automatic Saccharification Detector in Diabetes Diagnosis
Objective:To analyze the role of automatic saccharification detector and HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods:Choose Taocheng Community Health Service Center,Yongchun County,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from June 2022 to December 2023,a total of 52 patients with diabetes for the study group, and select the same period 52 cases of health examination for the control group, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),fasting blood glucose (FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) detection, compared with the two groups of index level, calculate the diagnostic efficiency of single detection and combined detection. Results:The levels of HbA1c,FPG,and 2hPG in the study group were all relatively high (P<0.001),36 cases were positive for HbA1c,37 cases were positive for FPG,35 cases were positive for 2hPG,and 50 cases were positive for combined detection; The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of single and combined detection of HbA1c,FPG,and 2hPG were 69.23%,73.08%,71.15%,71.15%,67.31%,69.23%,67.61%,67.31%,68.27%,96.15%,94.23%,and 95.19%,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection (P<0.05). Conclusion:The automatic saccharification detector has high application value in diabetes diagnosis, and can provide more accurate and comprehensive diagnostic information for clinical practice.
