Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage combined with infrared polarized light irradiation when lumbar disc herniation (LDH) patients are treated. Methods:This study will randomly select 68 patients who received LDH treatment in Tianjin Hedong District Zhongshanmen Street Community Health Service Center from December 2019 to December 2022,and divide them into the observation group and the control group by computer random grouping method. Among them,34 patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion and massage+infrared polarized light irradiation, and 34 patients in the control group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion and massage. Results:There was significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in lumbar function, pain degree, quality of life and symptom score between observation group and control group (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture, massage and infrared polarized light irradiation is an ideal treatment for LDH patients.
