The Clinical Value and Imaging Analysis of High-Frequency Ultrasound Diagnosis for Pediatric Intussusception
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis for pediatric intussusception. Methods:60 suspected cases of pediatric intussusception admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected, and 56 cases were confirmed through surgical pathology or air enema examination. Perform regular color Doppler ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound examination on all pediatric patients, compare the diagnostic results of the two examination methods, and analyze the imaging characteristics of pediatric intussusception. Results:The detection accuracy of using high-frequency ultrasound was higher than that of ordinary ultrasound examination (P<0.05);Sensitivity,precision,positive prediction and negative prediction of high-frequency ultrasound detection were all higher than those of ordinary ultrasound detection (P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis in pediatric intussusception has a positive value and can serve as an important reference for clinical treatment. However, clinical considerations should still be based on the patient's actual situation.
