Three-Dimensional Energy Doppler Ultrasound Manifestations and Correlation with Serum HE4,CDCA5,and IGF-1 in Patients with Endometrial Cancer
Objective:To investigate the three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound manifestations and correlation with serum biochemical indicators in patients with endometrial cancer. Methods:53 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the observation group, and selected 53 patients with benign endometrial disease admitted to our hospital during the same period as the control group. Both groups of patients received transvaginal ultrasound examination, and the three-dimensional energy Doppler mode was used for scanning. The VOCAL software package was used to calculate the vascular formation-blood flow index (VFI),vascular formation index (VI),endometrial volume (EV),and blood flow index (FI). Serum samples of the two groups were collected and the levels of human epididymal protein 4 (HE4),cell division cycle associated protein 5 (CDCA5) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The correlations of VFI,VI,EV and FI with serum HE4,CDCA5 and IGF-1 in patients with endometrial cancer were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. Results:In observation group, the VFI,VI,EV and FI were compared with control group, significantly higher (P<0.05). In observation group, the serum HE4,CDCA5,IGF-1 levels were compared with control group, significantly higher (P<0.05). VFI,VI,EV and FI were positively correlated with serum HE4,CDCA5 and IGF-1 in endometrial carcinoma patients (P<0.05). Conclusion:In patients with endometrial cancer, three dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound showed increased blood perfusion, endometrial thickening, neovascularization, and it was correlated with some serum biochemical indexes.
