Clinical Value of Multi-layer CT Examination for Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of multi-layer spiral CT examination in acute abdomen. Methods:From February 2022 to February 2023,our hospital received 89 patients with acute abdomen as research subjects. The clinical data and imaging pictures of 89 patients were observed, and compared with the patient B-ultrasound examination results,so as to observe the diagnosis and diagnostic accuracy of the two examination methods. Results:After multi-layer spiral CT examination,16 patients of 89 patients had acute pancreatitis,11 patients with acute appendicitis,16 patients with gastrointestinal perforation,14 patients with biliary calculi,12 patients with intestinal obstruction,16 patients with urinary calculi and 4 patients with abdominal vascular lesions. The accuracy of CT was 91.01% (81/89),and the accuracy of B-ultrasound was 44.94% (40/89). The accuracy of multi-layer spiral CT examination was higher than that of B-ultrasound examination (P<0.05). Conclusion:The accuracy of multi-layer CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen is significantly higher than that of B ultrasound examination, which can provide reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
