To Analyze the Application Value of Philips Brilliance 64-Slice Spiral CT in Emergency Trauma Patients with Highly Suspected Fracture
Objective:To study the Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT in emergency trauma patients with fracture of highly suspicious of application value. Methods:To select hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 hospital treated 242 cases of emergency trauma patients with fracture of highly suspected as the research object. Respectively on all subjects for Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT examination and X-ray digital X-ray photography (DR) inspection. In pathologic examination results as the gold standard,analysis of the above two kinds of diagnostic imaging examination way in emergency trauma highly doubt the effectiveness of fracture patients. The detection rate and imaging characteristics of the two imaging methods in patients with different types of fractures were compared. Results:Taking pathological examination as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CT examination were 97.96％,96.84％ and 97.52％,respectively,which were higher than those of DR examination (81.63％,82.11％ and 81.82％) (P<0.05). CT examination on fracture into vertebral canal,abnormal curvature of the spine change,fracture shift and abnormal vertebral canal volume and the detection rate of cervical stenosis were higher than DR check (P<0.05). The detection rate of rib fractures by CT examination was higher than that by DR examination (P<0.05). Conclusion:Philips Brilliance 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of emergency trauma fractures in patients with highly suspected performance better,especially in the diagnosis of rib fracture effect is remarkable.
