Application Value and Effectiveness Evaluation of Coronary CTA Combined with Artificial Intelligence in the Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Lesions
Objective:To study the application effect of coronary CTA combined with AI in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions. Methods:CTA+AI and CAG examinations were conducted on 150 suspected coronary heart disease patients,and the results were analyzed. Results:The consistency between CTA+AI and CAG diagnostic results was high,with CTA specificity of 75.00％ and sensitivity of 90.84％,the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were 30.77％ and 5.07％,respectively. Conclusion:The CTA+AI technology shows good results in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions.
