Clinical Effect and Influence of Colposcopy Combined with LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions
Objective:To explore effective treatment measures for cervical precancerous lesions and analyze the clinical value of colposcopy combined with LEEP treatment. Methods:A total of 82 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to the Second Hospital of Zhangzhou City from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (41 cases, treated with cervical laser cauterization) and an observation group (41 cases, treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP). The treatment effects and surgical indicators of different treatment plans were evaluated. Results:The inter group efficacy comparison showed that the observation group's 97.56% was significantly higher than the control group's 80.49%,and the data difference was significant (P<0.05);The observation group had better surgical indicators than the control group, with significant differences in data (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of colposcopy and LEEP in the clinical treatment of cervical precancerous lesions is effective, with shorter surgical time and wound healing time, and lower intraoperative bleeding.
