The Application Effect of Ultrasonic Cleaning Pretreatment in the Cleaning of Outpatient Gynecology Reuse Instruments
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultrasonic cleaning pretreatment on the reuse instrument cleaning in outpatient gynecology. Methods:2000 sets of outpatient gynecological reusable common instruments recovered from the disinfection supply center of Zhangzhou City Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2023 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 1000 sets each. In the experimental group,ultrasonic cleaning pretreatment was added to the routine cleaning process. Results:The qualified rate of the experimental group was 96.00％ by visual method and 94.00％ by Jelli test paper,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The cleaning satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.80％ higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Adding ultrasonic cleaning preconditioning to the routine cleaning process can significantly improve the cleaning quality and satisfaction.
