Comparative Analysis of the Effectiveness of Non-Invasive Ventilation and BMC H-80 High-Flow Humidified Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of Respiratory Failure
Objective:To compare the effects of non-invasive ventilators with BMC H-80 high-flow humidified oxygen therapy devices in the treatment of respiratory failure. Methods:Clinical data of 92 patients with respiratory failure from June 4,2020 to June 4,2023 were evaluated to analyze the effects of the two devices on improving oxygenation,acid-base balance, respiratory rate, and patient comfort. Results:The new device group showed superior improvement in oxygenation index, arterial blood gas, respiratory rate, heart rate, and blood pressure compared to the traditional device group (P<0.05),with higher patient compliance and lower complication rates. Conclusion:The BMC H-80 high-flow humidified oxygen therapy device has significant advantages in enhancing comfort and compliance, providing a new option for the treatment of respiratory failure. Further research is needed to verify the authenticity of the conclusions and to explore personalized treatment strategies.
