Application and Value of Fully Automatic Immunohistochemical Staining System in the Pathological Diagnosis of Pleural Effusion
Objective:Exploring the application and value of fully automated immunohistochemistry staining system in the pathological diagnosis of pleural effusion. Methods:83 pleural effusion patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Perform a fully automated immunohistochemical staining system on all patients in this study,as well as routine cytological smear testing,to compare the diagnostic value of these two detection methods. Results:The positive rate of routine cytology smear detection was lower than that of fully automated immunohistochemistry staining system detection (P<0.05);The accuracy of the fully automated immunohistochemical staining system in detecting and diagnosing malignant pleural effusion was as high as 96.39%. After combination antibody testing,it was found that mesothelial lesions showed high expression of Calretin,WT-1,CK5/6,and Desmin indicators, while lung adenocarcinoma showed high expression of CK7,NaspinA,SPA,Ki67,TTF-1,and CEA indicators. The results showed that the automatic immunohistochemical staining system detection was significantly higher than conventional cell smear detection, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The fully automatic immunohistochemical staining system has the effect of pathological differential diagnosis in the pathological diagnosis of pleural effusion.
