Application of Automatic Biochemical Analyzer in Diagnosis of Fatty Liver Patients by ADA,MAO and Blood Lipid Test
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic role of the Hitachi 7600 fully automatic biochemical analyzer in fatty liver disease. Methods:From January 2023 to June 2023,146 patients with fatty liver admitted to our hospital were selected as the study group, and 145 healthy volunteers from the same period were selected as the control group. The Hitachi 7600 fully automatic biochemical analyzer was used to test the ADA,MAO,and blood lipid levels of the patients, and to analyze the changes in ADA,MAO,and blood lipid levels (including high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),total cholesterol (TC),and aspartate aminotransferase (AST)) in both groups tested by the Hitachi 7600 fully automatic biochemical analyzer. Additionally, the changes in various indicators detected by the Hitachi 7600 fully automatic biochemical analyzer before and after effective treatment in patients with fatty liver were analyzed. Results:ADA,MAO,and lipid levels of patients with fatty liver group were significantly higher than those of healthy volunteers, and the comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After patients received effective treatment, their ADA,MAO,and lipid levels were lower than those before treatment, and the comparative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with ADA,MAO,and lipid levels, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer has a high application value in the diagnosis of fatty liver. It can assist the clinical diagnosis of fatty liver disease through the test value of ADA,MAO and blood lipid levels. At the same time,it can also understand the treatment effect through the automatic biochemical analyzer.
