血液检验中微生物鉴定仪与全自动血培养仪的作用

目的:比较、分析微生物鉴定仪与全自动血培养仪在血液检验工作中的应用价值.方法:选取本院在2022年1月~2023年12月接收的80例需进行血液检验操作的患者,均进行外周静脉血的采集,然后分别采用微生物鉴定仪、全自动血培养仪进行检验,将采用微生物鉴定仪检验作为对照组,把全自动血培养仪作为试验组,对比两组的如下指标:检验时间与检验成本;革兰阳、阴性菌检出情况;检验诊断血液微生物的效能.结果:试验组与对照组进行比较,检验时间更短(P<0.05),检验成本更低(P<0.05).在革兰阳、阴性菌检出率上,两组对比差异并不显著(P>0.05).在检验诊断血液微生物的灵敏度、准确度与特异度上,两组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:全自动血培养仪、微生物鉴定仪在血液检验工作中,均有着不错的诊断效能,而全自动血培养仪有着更短的诊断耗时以及更低的成本,故更具适用性.
The Role of Microbial Identification Instrument and Fully Automatic Blood Culture Instrument in Blood Testing
Objective:To compare and analyze the application value of microbial identification instrument and fully automatic blood culture instrument in blood testing work. Methods:80 patients who required blood testing in our hospital between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected. Peripheral venous blood was collected and tested using a microbiological analyzer and a fully automatic blood culture instrument. The microbiological analyzer was used as control group,and the fully automatic blood culture instrument was used as experimental group. The following indicators were compared between the two groups:testing time and testing cost;Detection of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria;Test the efficacy of diagnosing blood microbiota. Results:Compared with control group,experimental group had a shorter testing time (P<0.05) and lower testing costs (P<0.05). There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the detection rates of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria between the two groups after comparison. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the sensitivity,accuracy,and specificity of testing and diagnosing blood microbiota between the two groups. Conclusion:Both fully automatic blood culture equipment and microbiological identification equipment have good diagnostic performance in blood testing work,while fully automatic blood culture equipment has shorter diagnostic time and lower cost,making it more applicable.
