To Explore Mirena Ring and Diane-35 in Hysteroscopic Endometrial Polyp Resection the Effect of Postoperative Application
Objective:To compare the efficacy of mirenolecyclin and Diane-35 in patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection. Methods:60 patients who underwent endometrial polyp resection in Zhangpu County Hospital of Fujian Province from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to different postoperative treatment methods. 30 patients who received oral treatment with Danin-35 after surgery were set as the control group, and 30 patients who received intrauterine treatment with mihalenicin after surgery were set as the observation group. The endometrial thickness, hemoglobin level, menstrual recovery before and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups, and the recurrence rate and adverse reactions were evaluated 1 year after surgery between the two groups. Results:6 months after operation, the observation group endometrial thickness was lower than control group, hemoglobin level was higher than control group (P<0.05);The observation group period was shorter than control group, and the PBAC score was lower than control group (P<0.05). During the follow-up one year after surgery, there was no recurrence in the observation group, the recurrence rate was 0,and the recurrence rate was 20.00% was lower than control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:After hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps, the effect of mirenolacion is better than that of oral Danyin-35,which can reduce the endometrial thickness and promote the normal menstrual volume, and the postoperative recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions are lower, and the clinical application value is higher.
