Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Training on Mild to Moderate Stress Urinary Incontinence
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment combined with pelvic floor muscle training on patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence. Methods:60 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to February 2024 who met the criteria for inclusion and elimination were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. There were 30 patients in each group. Pelvic floor muscle training was given to the patients in the control group. Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment was added to the patients in the observation group. The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy,Glazer score,and quality of life in the observation group were all increased (P<0.05);There was a difference in the amount of urine leakage in the observation group in one hour compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment combined with pelvic floor muscle training has a positive effect on patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence. By effectively enhancing the patient's pelvic floor muscle strength,it can significantly improve their urinary incontinence problems,thereby improving their quality of life.
