Comparative Analysis of Curative Effect,Immune Function and Recurrence Rate of Verruca Vulgaris Treated with Liquid Nitrogen Therapeutic Instrument and Laser
Objective:To analyze the efficacy,immune function and recurrence rate of liquid nitrogen therapy apparatus and laser in the treatment of common warts. Methods:A total of 96 patients with verruca vulgaris treated in Qingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group by random number method. The control group was given laser treatment and the observation group was given liquid nitrogen treatment. The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.92％,which was higher than that of control group 83.33％ (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group in 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment was 16.00％,which was lower than that of control group 52.00％ (P<0.05). The levels of immune function (CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen therapy is more effective in the treatment of common verruca,and has obvious advantages in reducing the recurrence rate and improving the immune function.
