The Accuracy of 64-Slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Liver Cancer and Liver Focal Nodule Hyperplasia and the Application of Imaging Indicators in the Evaluation of the Disease
Objective:To study the clinical value of 64-slice spiral CT technology in diagnosing patients with liver cancer and liver focal nodular hyperplastic lesions. Methods:A total of 115 patients with suspected liver cancer and liver focal nodular hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for examination by conventional two-dimensional ultrasound technology, and then 64-slice spiral CT scanner was used for examination, and the pathological confirmation results after treatment were used as the gold standard. The number of pathologically confirmed positive cases was counted and calculated. The positive rate, sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value, accuracy, diagnosis time, examination preparation time and operation time of 64-slice spiral CT examination and conventional two-dimensional ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of liver cancer and liver focal nodular hyperplastic lesions were performed. Results:There were 110 cases confirmed positive by pathology, accounting for 95.65%;The positive rate, sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value, positive predictive value and accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of liver cancer and liver focal nodular hyperplastic lesions were significantly higher than those of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of diagnosis, preparation time and operation time of 64-slice spiral CT examination were shorter than those of conventional two-dimensional ultrasound examination, and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For liver cancer and liver focal nodular hyperplastic lesions,64-slice spiral CT technology is used to diagnose the disease, and the accuracy is more ideal.
