CT Subtraction Imaging Technique for the Analysis of Imaging Features in the Detection of Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformations
Objective:To evaluate the detection rate and imaging features of CT subtraction imaging technique in cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Methods:The case data collection period was from September 2021 to November 2023.66 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations treated in our hospital were selected for a systematic study. They were evenly divided into two groups based on the principle of random number table, with 33 cases in each group. The control group underwent conventional CT angiography, while the observation group underwent CT angiography with subtraction imaging technique. The detection results and image quality grading of the two groups were analyzed, and the characteristics of imaging features were evaluated. Results:The detection rate after diagnosis in the observation group was 96.97% (32/33),which was significantly higher than the detection rate of 78.79% (26/33) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The image quality compliance rate after diagnosis in the observation group was 93.94% (31/33),while in the control group,it was 75.76% (25/33),showing a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of CT subtraction imaging technique in diagnostic examinations for patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformations can achieve a higher detection rate and good image quality, with typical and prominent imaging features, facilitating clinical diagnosis and treatment.
